tomorrow is Valentine's day :). I got to see Brian this morning and then went to the Mall. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday morning. It's funny seeing all these guys buying last minute presents for their loved ones.  I was talking to Angel, when  Manny came up from behind me. He was getting something for Rita lol.

Prisons and Prisoners- we actually stayed there for about 50 minutes today. The day I only put an hour in the meters, is the day he decided to actually teach. We have an exam on Thursday. Apparently, I missed a quiz last week. :( After he dismissed us, Wronski and I ran to my car. The security lady was giving out tickets. I made it just in time :).

I'm falling behind on my readings. I'm so stressed.

Work today went by pretty fast. It was very busy and due to the lack of hours, we didn't have a full crew. This was a good thing for me. I didn't have to continue with the shampoo planogram and I got to backup ring lol. The store is going to be crazy tomorrow. Thank god I'm not working.

Tina caught a shoplifter when Pam, wade, and I were ringing, She came out of the office and said 'Wow...it's sad that your stealing your girlfriend's Valentine's gift'..Some people laughed, but I was disgusted by her actions. There was a huge line. Everyone turned around and looked at the boy. He was a teenager. Probably 15-16 years old. He walked out the store with everyone looking at him.I'm not saying shoplifting is good, but he had good intentions.

 It snowed today. Brian came to my rescue and helped me scrape my car. I have so much to do tomorrow morning.

Christmas Eve:

 Worked 2-9. Went to Niki's house before work. I seriously had to throw her present on her bed and run out of her house for her to accept it lol. In the morning, Rita and I took the presents over my aunts sister-in-law's house. I ran some errands and got Brian his last gift.

Work- Yeah it was busy. Lenox then asked me for a ride to Niki's house :(. Yeah this was not a good idea. After dropping him off, Brian and I had a serious long conversation. I needed this. :)

I got to Sandra's house around 10. My cousins, along with my sister and I were upstairs watching televison waiting for midnight to arrive. Everyone else was downstairs. It didn't feel right being there. We always spent Christmas at my aunts house. When Midnight arrived, it was complete chaos. This is what happens when you have 15 people in a livingroom trying to open X-mas gifts. The babies were crying and some people were losing there patience. Overall, it didn't feel like Christmas, but I tried to make the best out of it. What else can one do?

Christmas Day

I slept about 5 hours and then woke up to get ready to arrive at Brian's house. I brought his presents inside.  Brian and I were so exhausted. We went to open up some gifts. He opened up Pedro's gift first. Pedro got creative with Brian's present :). He then opened up mine.  He thought he knew what I got him, but he didn't know what was coming. He believed I got him a wallet and something from Ikea. After opening up the first box, a smaller box was inside, followed by lots of tissue paper taped up and with a tight ribbon on it :). As he approached the gift, I saw his face lit up and that right there made my Christmas :). He then said, 'I wanted a wallet, but an Ipod is 3 times better' and gave me a kiss :) :). He opened up my second gift, which was a Ipod charger/radio/alarm deck.

His mommy made us breakfast before we went to work, which resulted with CVS opening 5 minutes later, but it was worth it. His mom's pancakes were the best pancakes I have ever had. She is such a sweetheart: :).

Work was rather slow. Jackie worked at her original store today.There were so many employees there and many of them were to busy talking to other shifts on duty and bsing in the aisles. I had to keep a constant watch on them and giving them bullshit tasks in order for them to keep busy.  This is why I dislike being a shift. I hate being the mother figure.

After work, I spent it at Brian's house. Mom made a lovely meal. They shared some great stories. It was perfect :). Brian and I worked on his room for a little bit then we were able to relax, until I had to leave.

All and all, today was a great day. :)

I wrote an entry and somehow, it got deleted before I had the chance to post it. I'm new at this whole Xanga thing.

I'm going to start writing entries for my own personal sake. I want to be able to remember what events errupted on a particular day and these entries, will enable me to do this. :)

Worked today-came in at 10, since Pam was also opening. Brian and I closed last night (midnight) and I was exhausted from  studying all day for my two finals. It was like every other friday. Brian and I worked out most of the aisles, while other employes discussed what food to order on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I left 10 minutes before 4- it felt nice getting out of there. My legs were starting to ache :(.

After work, Brian and I ran some errands for his mom and Jovia. After that, we grabbed a bite to eat. We were going with a slice of pizza, but it was so crowed inside. We settled for chinese. After, we drove to Menlo Mall where I went to Barnes and Nobles to obtain a Curious George monkey for my little cousin Ashley. Currently, she has mine and won't let it go. :)

I'm not in the Christmas spirit, nor do I think I will be :(. First Christmas in a long time. Things don't seem right.
