Buy online - enter your group, trip and payment information. Payment options are credit card or check. You will receive an email confirming the plan you have selected and the final requirements for coverage.

If trip cancellation coverage is requested, email or fax us your completed group roster and any trip cancellation penalties imposed by your travel providers. If a travel medical policy is requested, we will only need your completed group roster emailed or faxed.

Once all of your information has been received and approved, your credit card will be charged. (check cashed if paying by check) You will receive an email confirming that your coverage is effective. Your policy will be sent to you by the insurance provider.
