NORTH STRIP
Palazzo luxury condos
Ultra luxury penthouse style properties that could easily average $1500 - $2000 a square foot. Prices could hit the 10 million dollar mark. Location is awesome.
Plaza Hotel LV
When ELAD properties purchased the Frontier hotel and casino in May 2007 it set a new land record. 33 million an acre! Rumor has 300 very high end units being built here in addition to a 5 billion dollar replica of the Plaza in New York. We expect very expensive penthouses at this addy. Trump condos Las Vegas
Looking for a turn key fully furnished condominium? Pre-construction availability available in Tower 2 as of this writing. Floor plan unit sizes range from around 550 - 3,000 square feet including studio, one, two and three bedroom offerings.
Fontainebleau on LV Blvd

There is only a limited number of units left and resales will not hit the market for 6 months. This is an ultra luxury guard gated tower. With Fontainebleau coming in across the street and MGM MIRAGE making a huge announcement regarding the land next door, this is a no brainer. Many units feature a large balcony with amazing mountain and strip views.

This is the hot place to invest and own a unit in as of June. Residential towers, 674 loft style condominiums. Infinity edge pools will grace the rooftops as many call this their primary residence. Many also interested as a 2nd home in Las Vegas.
