Designed by world renowned architect Helmut Jahn, these two 37 story towers will set a new precedence for architecture seen on the famous Strip. They will display a distinct sense of movement and respond to each others shared space.

Rooftop amenities will be in full swing as infinity edge pools along with spas, cabanas and hospitality patios for entertaining compliment both rooftops.
Veer will be the only high rise project in CityCenter that feature residential units only. The Mandarin Oriental on LV Blvd as well as the hip, trendy and chic The Harmon Hotel are both hotel properties featuring luxury residential condos and penthouses.
Their surface will be complemented by horizontal blades that slowly change color during the day and that will provide much needed shade to the floor to ceiling windows. Construction of these two leaning towers (in opposite directions) will be a challenging for construction crews. The reward? World class architecture as well as less obstructed views.
Veer will reach out of the retail and entertainment district giving owners wonderful access to the best of stylish city living. The project will feature roughly 674 loft like units total for both buildings.
With well over 50 floorplans due to the leaning nature, unit sizes range from 500 to 2,600 square feet.
The units at the Veer condos in Las Vegas will be residential meaning someone could live in them full time or rent out on a nightly basis. This is the exact opposite of Vdara at City Center where you can rent out your unit on a nightly basis as a hotel room.
